The ideal candidate will be proficient in strong written communication skills; ability to assist and train staff to write clear, articulate supporting documentation on consumers; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; possess exemplary customer/consumer service skills; obtain and maintain professional relationship with State and Local vendors; core computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work well in a team environment; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

 

DESCRIPTION

 

  • Act as backup to Administrative Database Analyst and other Services.
  • Maintain current  system with updates and changes
  • Enter data for other services within the Mission Services
  • Assist in billing services, requesting and/or entering purchase orders into the system for WAT, ES, and Social Services.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Assist in reviewing WAT, Job Coach’s and Employment Specialist notes in the current system
  • Audit files and maintain all consumer files.
  • Assist with Mission Services reporting and projects.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Mission Services or Program Manager

Education/Experience High School diploma; and two years of documented experience in a professional or personal setting routinely providing data entry or office coordination; or

an associate’s degree in the computer technology field, business, rehabilitation, or related human services; and one year of documented experience in a professional or personal setting routinely working programming, networking or data entry; A valid TXDL/driving record acceptable to agency liability carrier is required for this position.
